Before We Build AI Systems, Le-an Lai Lacaba cofounded 2xYou Executive Assistants, a separate business that places executive assistants with agency and SaaS founders. That work is where the pattern behind BOSAI became obvious.

Across years of running 2xYou, the same problem kept surfacing. Founders would hire a capable operator or buy a new AI tool, and the work would still route back through them, because the process only existed in their head. Better hiring did not fix it. Better tools did not fix it. Writing the business down did.

We Build AI Systems is that fix, productised. 2xYou continues to operate as its own business.
